Primera had been one of my dream costumes for the longest time. I'm really happy I finally got around to making and cosplaying her. I first wore this costume to Dragon*Con 2008 with several of my lovely friends who cosplayed other Magic Knight Rayearth characters with me. And later I wore Primera to AWA 2008 and won Best Anime in the costume contest.

I've never seen reyearth or really any anime, but that fairy costume is awesome. You can really see the time you spent and the craftsmanship really shows.

Thank you! I think a lot of people at the first convention I wore it to weren't familiar with the series either but just liked faeries. ^_^

What a great cosplay! I love it when I see really well done, but obscure costumes. Rayearth was one of my first animes, and I still have a special spot in my little otaku heart for it :)

Thanks! And Rayearth was one of my first series I really got into too! I picked up all the VHS tapes as they came out. Now I've got it all replaced on DVD. I love affordable slim packs! ^_^
